Booking conditions

The booking must be paid no later than 30 days. before arrival and is with it binding. If the booking is made later than 30 days. before arrival, payment must be available to us 7 days. after the booking date, and is therefore binding. If the booking is made 7 days or later before arrival, it is possible to pay on site at check-in. Agree this with the reception when you book.

If booking is made via the website/online booking, payment of the entire amount is made directly via card.

Cancellation policy

We offer cancellation protection that can be subscribed for SEK 200. / person. This entitles the holder to cancel the stay no later than 24 hours before arrival and get back 100% of the amount paid, excluding the cancellation protection. Cancellation protection only applies due to illness for you or another family member. The amount will be refunded after receiving a sick/doctor's certificate confirming that there are obstacles. If cancellation protection is not booked, nothing will be refunded after the booking is binding. For those of you who do not book with cancellation protection, we refer to the guest's home insurance alt. other private travel insurance, which we recommend you check before booking.
